Our work spans magazines, websites, video, podcasts, events and more.

Redactive Media Group require a commercial projects executive to join our fast-paced team. We support our large sales force, delivering a variety of commercial projects including online and face‑to‑face events, as well as digital campaign management and sales marketing materials. Internally, we call this role Commercial Project Executive – Events. The Commercial Projects team are the operational backbone of the sales floor. From organising webinars, recording podcasts, creating media packs, planning and executing events and producing sales marketing campaigns, to managing content fulfilment on behalf of our prestigious clients, this small client‑facing team strives to deliver the best customer service, surpassing expectations and delighting our clients.

Qualifications

  • Self‑starter with ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
  • A keen interest in events, marketing and project management
  • An understanding of the publishing industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of managing events, working with venues/suppliers, ordering marketing collateral, using and building online event platforms and other associated tools/platforms
  • Desktop design platforms such as InDesign and Illustrator
  • Email marketing systems such as Adestra
  • Webinar platforms – such as On24, Webcast, Big Marker
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Solutions orientated mentality
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to deliver projects within deadline
  • Ability to respond to pressurised situations
  • Command of all basic IT skills and strong knowledge of digital platforms/tools
  • Knowledge of how to use Adobe products and Excel is desirable
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
