Redactive is an award-winning content marketing agency working with market leading B2B clients, helping them engage, influence and educate their audiences via a variety of live events, digital and print content channels. We currently stage over 30 events each year including conferences, exhibitions, awards schemes and virtual events that enable our clients to connect with their customers/members in person by bringing their brands to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to assist our friendly events team at all stages of the events process. A key part of the role is delegate and database administration for each event, so excellent attention to detail, confident writing and telephone skills are essential. As the first point of contact for all general enquiries, you’ll find no two days are the same! You will be enthusiastic, passionate about smooth administration and offering excellent customer service and vital support to the team. With your excellent organisational skills, you will be able to multi-task successfully so that you meet all your deadlines.
The role requires:
- A minimum of one years’ event experience from a paid role or work experience placement
- A passion for helping create successful events
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- A level head under pressure
- An ability to manage concurrent deadlines and excellent time management
- Some overnight travel within the UK
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience of Eventsforce and Cvent is desirable
Our events team are a small and supportive unit who are enthusiastic about developing their staff - our talented events managers started off as events assistants! You’ll have a mentor, and if you demonstrate your abilities, you may gain more responsibility and even the opportunity to manage your own events in time.
