You will be a key support in Redactive’s marketing and account management efforts, driving engagement and commercial success across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a dynamic role combining strategic marketing with hands‑on content delivery and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Digital Strategy: Work with senior leadership to develop and monitor the Redactive marketing strategy. Create, maintain, and deliver a comprehensive digital and social media plan to promote the agency to prospective clients.
- Content Management: Manage and deliver high-quality, timely social media content (weekly/monthly) and regular site content, including internal and external newsletter communications. Source appropriate marketing content by liaising with relevant colleagues.
- Client Account Support: Support the account management team to ensure client satisfaction, strong reader/member engagement, and commercial success for magazine and digital products.
- Project & Process Management: Help maintain and develop effective processes for publishing management and approvals. Support the team by creating reports and assisting with research projects and presentations.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Be proactive in researching and sharing industry developments and insight. Forge effective, cross‑functional relationships with internal teams to achieve the best possible client outputs.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- A strong understanding of the role of social media, websites, digital content, and effective content distribution.
- Familiarity with the changing publishing landscape.
- Knowledge of CMS and e‑mail campaign systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace software.
- Strong communication, organisational, and administrative abilities.
- Confident writing and financial skills.
