We work with clients to develop their online businesses, from building online stores to providing fulfilment services (Pick, Pack & Ship).
Job Specification
We\’re looking for a highly organised and professional Business Development Manager to support and develop the growth of our e-commerce fulfilment services. This role is about building trusted relationships, managing with precision, and ensuring every client receives a top-tier service experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as the primary contact for existing and prospective clients.
- Drives revenue growth for a company.
- Conduct detailed discovery calls with existing and prospective clients to understand operational needs and translate them into clear fulfilment solutions.
- Prepare accurate proposals and quotes.
- Coordinate with RWB operations, first level support team and management to ensure smooth setup and service delivery.
- Maintain existing client relationships to identify growth opportunities and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks and queries from MD and other stakeholders.
- Interact with suppliers and provide support where necessary.
Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years\’ experience in client relationship management, account management, or commercial support, ideally within fulfilment, logistics, or e-commerce services.
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English) – professionalism and clarity are essential.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Relationship-focused, commercially aware , and proactive in problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
- A willingness to learn new IT skills to support upcoming projects
- A broad set of interests across IT, E-commerce, and Logistics
