Red Volcano is a small software company making a big impact in the AdTech industry. Based in Central Southampton, we create innovative software for the AdTech Industry and offer specialized consultancy services. We are looking for a full-time Account Manager/Sales Admin to join our team.
In this role you will be working with the CEO and Operations Manager to manage our client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our consultancy offerings. The successful candidate will be a confident professional with experience in account management and client relationship building.
You will be responsible for managing the complete client journey – from onboarding new clients through to ongoing relationship management that drives retention and growth. We work with clients worldwide and have well-defined service processes, so this role is all about ensuring every client receives outstanding support and sees real value from our services. You need to have exceptional clarity in your written communications and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.
While there will be some sales administration support involved, the primary focus is on nurturing existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring our clients are completely satisfied with our consultancy services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clients for our consultancy service
- Onboard clients to the Publisher Sales service
- Lead generation for clients
- Set up clients\’ email marketing campaigns
- Weekly calls with clients to check progress
- Aid the sales efforts with admin tasks
- Manage and maintain the CRM system
- Complete market research on leads
- Head up our LinkedIn outreach
- Increase demos booked by sales outreach marketing campaigns creation and delivery
Skills required:
- Experience with CRM systems such as Close, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with Google Docs
- Degree preferred, but not essential
- Competent IT Skills
- A good understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
