We're hiring a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) in Europe to be the first conversation a prospect has with one of our clients. Your job is to start meaningful conversations with decision-makers, qualify them, and book the meetings that turn into revenue.
What you'll do:
- Generate and qualify leads across multiple channels - phone, LinkedIn, and email working together.
- Pick up the phone. Cold calling is core to this role, so you need to genuinely enjoy starting conversations with people who weren't expecting your call.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Book qualified sales meetings for our clients' teams and follow up with discipline.
- Learn a real methodology - how to open, how to handle the first objection, how to move a prospect from interested to booked. Every call is recorded and coached, so you'll know exactly what's working and get better fast.
Who we're looking for:
- Hungry. You want to be genuinely great at sales, not just employed in it.
- Resilient. A "no" is information you use, not a setback you dwell on.
- Confident on the phone. This is non-negotiable — outbound calling is at the heart of the job.
- A strong communicator, written and verbal, who can build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and organised, with a results-driven mindset.
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it the same day.
Nice to have (but not required):
- Some exposure to inside sales, lead generation or business development.
- An understanding of the SaaS or B2B world.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
The setup: Remote working from Europe. Managed on results, with a clear path from junior BDR into closing roles. The tools and coaching to actually be good at this.
If this sounds like you, apply with a short note on why you'd be great at it.
