Company Description
Red to Green Performance (R2G) is the revenue partner of choice for B2B SaaS companies scaling in APAC and beyond. Since its founding, R2G has generated over $48M in qualified pipeline for clients, boosted close rates by up to 6x, and reduced sales cycle lengths by an average of 52%. Grounded in extensive enterprise revenue leadership at companies like Oracle, Pega, and ServiceNow, R2G brings top-tier sales expertise to emerging SaaS companies. With teams spanning APAC, the UK, and the Middle East, R2G helps B2B technology companies turn stalled pipeline into closed revenue. We do sales the human way - real conversations, started by real people, not automated email spam. It works, and we're growing.
Role Description
We're hiring a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) in Europe to be the first conversation a prospect has with one of our clients. Your job is to start meaningful conversations with decision-makers, qualify them, and book the meetings that turn into revenue.
What you'll do:
- Generate and qualify leads across multiple channels - phone, LinkedIn, and email working together.
- Pick up the phone. Cold calling is core to this role, so you need to genuinely enjoy starting conversations with people who weren't expecting your call.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Book qualified sales meetings for our clients' teams and follow up with discipline.
- Learn a real methodology - how to open, how to handle the first objection, how to move a prospect from interested to booked.
- Every call is recorded and coached, so you'll know exactly what's working and get better fast.
Who we're looking for:
We hire for attitude over CV. The qualities below matter more than years of experience:
- Hungry. You want to be genuinely great at sales, not just employed in it.
- Resilient. A "no" is information you use, not a setback you dwell on.
- Confident on the phone. This is non-negotiable — outbound calling is at the heart of the job.
- A strong communicator, written and verbal, who can build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and organised, with a results-driven mindset.
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it the same day.
Nice to have (but not required):
- Some exposure to inside sales, lead generation or business development.
- An understanding of the SaaS or B2B world.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
We'll teach you the rest — the framework and the scripts you'll make your own.
The setup:
Remote working from Europe. Managed on results, with a clear path from junior BDR into closing roles. The tools and coaching to actually be good at this.
If this sounds like you, apply with a short note on why you'd be great at it.
