As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Strategy Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our consulting work and delivering revenue generation strategies to our range of clients. Key responsibilities

The Strategy Manager will be responsible for structuring and supporting on sponsorship strategy and commercial consulting projects. The role has a range of duties which include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing sponsorship propositions and go to market strategies
  • Analysing sponsorship strategy effectiveness
  • Developing commercial programmes for new and emerging rights holders
  • Delivering insightful analysis to support rights holders' sponsorship advisory projects

Central to these responsibilities, this role is perfect for someone who has a self-starting attitude and who is willing to get under the skin of the Red Tiger Marketing proposition, deliver success for our clients and support our business strategy for the years ahead.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand a rights holder's/client's position and able to articulate ideas and strategies to grow and change commercial revenues
  • Capable of structuring project deliverables that provide impactful answers to client briefs
  • Able to handle responsibilities across high volume and/or high-value projects concurrently
  • Comfortable client manner and at ease presenting findings and recommendations to clients
  • A quick learner who can swiftly understand Red Tiger's objectives, strategies and tools
  • Ability to work at pace and retain a high level of attention to detail
  • More than three years' experience in strategy, consultancy, agency environments or across a leading rights holder
