Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and review Okta and Entra documentation across multiple SaaS applications.
- Develop and maintain:
- Knowledge Articles (KAs) - for Okta, Entra, and Service Desk.
- Service Overviews (SOs).
- Technical Run Manuals (TRMs).
- Technical Recovery Action Plans (TRAPs).
- Ensure documentation meets organisational standards for accuracy and accessibility.
- Support ServiceNow operations by analysing and submitting documentation-related requests.
- Validate and manage Okta User Groups, and assist with creating Entra User Groups where required.
- Collaborate with security, service desk, and engineering teams to maintain up-to-date information.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Author/Technical Writer within IT or cybersecurity environments.
- Strong understanding of Okta, Microsoft Entra, and identity management solutions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and documentation management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
