Reporting in to the Fleet Manager, the Technical Superintendent is responsible for managing the technical operation of our clients assigned vessels.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Qualified Chief Engineer or 1st/2nd Engineer Unlimited (would consider a seafarer looking to move ashore)
- Previousexperienceinamarinetechnicaldepartment,basicfinanceandbudgetsisdesirable.
- Previous experience working with research/survey DP vessels (preferred)
- Excellent commandoftheEnglishlanguage(writtenandspoken)andoralandwrittenskills.
- Ability to work flexibly and open to working in a dynamic environment
- Goodinterpersonal,planningandorganisationalskills,abilitytoengageandinteractwithpeopleatalllevelsand abilitytodevelopcreativeandeffectivesolutionstoproblems.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Full right to work and live in the UK.
