The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 11β16 who require additional support due to SEMH needs. You will provide both one-to-one and small group support, helping students to engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs within the classroom and around the school environment.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
