Red Star Pathways, a supportive secondary school in Greater London, is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role focuses on providing both one-to-one and small group support to help students engage positively in their education.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMH needs, strong behaviour management skills, and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people. The school offers ongoing training and a collaborative working environment with excellent transport links.
