Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and making a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker - Criminal Justice to join our team in Yeovil.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours navigate their lives, work with criminal justice services, and access the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive, effective relationships with clients and external agencies, including criminal justice services
- Complete needs and risk assessments and deliver personalised support plans
- Provide clients with advice and information to help them access appropriate services and accommodation
- Ensure new clients understand their rights, responsibilities, and licence conditions
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required for work travel)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
