Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a
Business Change Coordinator for a Police force based in the South of England to actively support the planning, coordination, and execution of business change activity.
Location
Winchester (1 day in the office, 4 remote)
Contract
2-3 months
Salary
- £15.42 PAYE per hour (UMB available)
- Main Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support alongside advice and guidance to the Management Team in relation to progress of tasks associated with the Business Improvement Team (BIT).
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ascertain the relevant information to inform decision making.
- To provide a range of documents which may include preparing reports, procedures, processes, flow charts, graphs, presentations, agendas, actions and administration.
- To produce management reports outlining the recommendations to the management team to consider for implementation.
- To undertake tasks identified by the relevant management team to explore a range of options to achieve improvements within business as usual processes.
- To produce clear procedures and guidelines to assist with the implementation of change processes.
- To collect, collate and analyse research topics and data to inform options and recommendations.
- To undertake a quality review process on existing procedures and processes to ensure it still delivers best practice and identifying innovative solutions for change.
- To work in accordance with Force Policies and Procedures.
- To give regular and effective service.
Person Specification
- Educated to QCF Level 2 (5 passes) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
- Experience in a busy office environment.
- To have had experience in dealing with a variety of organisations and communicating at all levels.
- Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, and has had responsibility for designing and producing complex spreadsheets and diagrams.
