RSR is a public safety & enterprise security recruitment specialist. We assist public safety employers find the right talent. Red Snapper Learning (RSL) is recruiting an experienced Trainer / Subject Matter Expert to support a major new Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) programme. This project focuses on the implementation of a new system and requires an individual with strong training design and delivery expertise. Applicants are required to have training and/or training design experience working with customers implementing Oracle EPM suite of financial applications.

Daily Rate: £300-£400 per day

Contract Length: 6 months

Engagement: Part‑time

Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and effective training materials for face-to-face classroom delivery
  • Develop engaging content
  • Deliver training to end users in person
  • Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring training aligns with MPS processes and ways of working

Essential Requirements

  • Oracle systems (financial planning) essential
  • Proven experience designing and delivering systems-related training
  • Strong instructional design capability across blended learning formats
  • Confident facilitator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills

Working Pattern & Rate

£300-£400 per day. Initially 2 days per week then increasing to 3 days.
