Red Snapper Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Helpline Practitioner for our Domestic Abuse Service in Coventry.
You will be the first point of contact for callers, offering confidential support, information and advocacy to victims and survivors.
The role requires experience in domestic abuse or related services, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to assess risk and make referrals.
This permanent, part-time post is 18.5 hours per week with weekend and weekday shifts.
