Red Snapper Recruitment is recruiting 20 Civilian Investigators for a large-scale criminal investigation. You will be posted across the Disclosure and Investigation teams. This investigation has run alongside a Public Inquiry and represents one of the largest and most complex homicide investigations ever undertaken. It is now at a crucial and decisive stage of the investigation, where cases are being developed against key companies and individuals in preparation for submission to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). The pace and intensity of the investigation have significantly increased, and we are seeking skilled professionals to support this critical phase of work.
Location: Hendon (4 days in the office, 1 WFH)
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £22.42 PAYE / £29.11 UMB per hour
Vetting: CTC / NPPV2
Person Specification
- Essential
- Recent experience of serious and/or complex crime investigations
- Aptitude for processing and analysing detailed information
- Effective report-writing skills
- Valid PIP2 accreditation
- Experience of managing complex investigations within the last five years
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
- Experience of working within collaborative investigative partnerships
- Experience working in a HOLMES environment
- Experience in project management and delivery
