Red Snapper Learning (RSL) is recruiting an experienced Trainer / Subject Matter Expert to support a major new Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) programme. This project focuses on the implementation of a new system and requires an individual with strong training design and delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and effective training materials.
- Develop engaging content using the new system.
- Deliver training to end users in person.
- Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring training aligns with MPS processes and ways of working.
Proven experience designing and delivering systems-related training. Strong instructional design capability across blended learning formats. Confident facilitator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Working Pattern & Rate
Initially 2 days per week.
