Senior Digital Forensic Analyst in Stratford-upon-Avon

We are looking for experienced digital forensic professionals with practical, hands-on experience conducting forensic examinations in a law enforcement or commercial forensic laboratory environment.

To be considered, you must have:

• Professional experience conducting digital forensic examinations of mobile devices and/or computers, beyond academic study or university projects.
• Practical experience in the acquisition, extraction, preservation and analysis of digital evidence.
• Experience using recognised digital forensic examination tools, such as Cellebrite, XRY, Magnet AXIOM, FTK or equivalent.
• Experience independently managing forensic casework, analysing findings and producing accurate technical reports.
• An understanding of ISO 17025, the Forensic Science Regulator's Code of Practice and relevant digital evidence handling procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain evidential integrity throughout examinations.
• A relevant degree or HND/HNC qualification supported by appropriate professional digital forensic experience.
• Experience examining both mobile devices and computers, although specialists in either discipline will be considered.
• Conducting complex forensic examinations or providing expert evidence.
• Peer reviewing forensic casework and supporting quality assurance processes.
• Experience working within an ISO 17025-accredited forensic laboratory.
• Supporting or mentoring less experienced forensic analysts.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum five years' UK residency.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability and willingness to undergo NPPV3 and SC security vetting. Existing clearance is not essential.
• Ability to work on-site in Stratford-upon-Avon, five days per week.

Please note:

This vacancy requires previous professional experience in digital forensic examinations. General IT support, cybersecurity monitoring, SOC analysis or academic qualifications alone will not meet the requirements of this position.
