Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a junior eDiscovery Specialist.
Location: Remote
Contract: 3 months (potential extensions)
Vetting: NPPV3 and SC clearance
Main Responsibilities
- Data Intake & Verification: Manage the secure receipt, intake, validation, and verification of electronic data, facilitating its secure transfer from client environments to our internal network.
- eDiscovery Data Processing: Oversee and execute data processing activities using Relativity or Nuix (with automation where possible), including but not limited to data ingestion, filtering, de-duplication, and export, ensuring data is prepared efficiently for legal review.
- Document Review Workflow Support (Relativity): Support the setup and management of document review workflows within Relativity, including workspace configuration, and ensuring data is accurately loaded and accessible for review teams.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain meticulous documentation for all data handling and processing activities in strict adherence to ISO operating standards and procedures.
Person Specification
- Relativity Experience: Minimum 1 -2 years practical experience with Relativity, including an understanding of document review workflows, data loading, and workspace management.
- Data Handling Expertise: Proven experience with data handling, validation, and quality assurance processes within a legal or eDiscovery context.
- Additional technology: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL, and other eDiscovery platforms is beneficial.
- Conscientiousness: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for managing complex data sets and ensuring accuracy.
- Process Adherence: Ability to follow established processes and procedures rigorously, whilst identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
For certain client engagements, candidates will undergo an individual conflict check, completion of engagement-specific onboarding, training, and competency verification before commencing work.
