Supported Housing Worker
Location: Somerset East & Somerset (primarily Shepton Mallet and Frome)
Salary: ÂŁ25,685 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Primarily Monday to Friday
Participation in a rostered shift system between 08:00 and 20:00

About the Role
- Deliver direct support and housing management services to clients
- Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that promotes personal growth and sustainable move‑on
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders
- Keep client records accurate, clear, and up to date
- Track and manage referrals into the service
You will play a key role in helping individuals achieve greater independence while ensuring properties and tenancies are managed effectively.
About You
- Has experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
- Is confident building positive relationships with clients and partner agencies
- Has strong organisational and record‑keeping skills
- Holds a valid driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (business insurance required for work‑related travel)
Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week
Weekend availability required on a rotational basis
Participation in an out‑of‑hours on‑call rota
Additional Requirements
- Valid driving licence and access to a car for business purposes
