We're looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused digital services and transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping and improving digital systems, working across teams to deliver impactful change. You'll be based at Gosforth Park with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office), and will also need to travel to the Stanley site when required.
The Role
As a Digital Business Analyst, you'll work at the heart of digital transformation - translating business needs into effective, user-focused solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, support project delivery, and ensure services are designed with usability, value, and efficiency in mind. You'll contribute to the full lifecycle of digital change, from discovery and requirements gathering through to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
