Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate

Overview

We\\\’re Hiring: Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate, West Midlands (with some travel). Salary: £24,315 – £26,917 (DOE). Full-time, Permanent | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

What you\\\’ll do

• Support victims (men, women & children) with recovery & access to specialist services.
• Manage caseloads including risk/needs assessments, safety planning & reviews.
• Help clients access their ECAT entitlements & community support.
• Work closely with partner agencies to provide tailored, holistic support.

What we\\\’re looking for

• Experience working with vulnerable adults/children & safeguarding.
• Strong resilience, empathy & ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Full driving licence & willingness to travel.
• Female applicants only (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9).
