Intervention Worker

RSR Justice has a fantastic opportunity for an organised and client focussed Approved Premises Intervention Worker with good communication and interpersonal skills to join a busy and friendly team in Bradford. This role is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week (3×12.5 hour shifts). The successful candidate will receive a salary of £33,812 per annum. This is an ideal role for someone with experience of working within the criminal justice system in the UK. Box Tree Independent Approved Premises is primarily for offenders who have been released on licence through the criminal justice sector, and who require a high level of supervision. They play a crucial role in supporting the management of offenders in their transition from custody into the community, to achieve successful resettlement. We assist with the well-being and supervision of Approved Premises residents, helping them to adhere to their license conditions and supporting them to keep themselves and others safe. We regularly carry out inspections, monitor behaviour and positively engage with residents, working closely with colleagues and in partnership with organisations across the criminal justice sector.
