We are currently recruiting for a Driver Awareness Team Clerk to join a friendly and supportive team based in Netley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an administrative role within a well-structured and welcoming environment.

About the Role

As a Driver Awareness Team Clerk, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team. This role offers a blend of office and home working, with 2-3 days per week in the office. Working hours are attractive and structured, typically 7:45am - 3:45pm, with potential flexibility to start earlier at 7:00am.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the Driver Awareness Team
  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Responding to queries via phone and email
  • Supporting the coordination of driver awareness processes
  • Ensuring documentation is processed efficiently and accurately

About You

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team (Previous experience is helpful but not essential.)
