This Peripatetic Manager role is a home-based position involving significant travel across various sites nationwide, offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement. The role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (37 hours per week) with an annual salary of £50,158. Lead and supervise staff, providing Christian pastoral support and ensuring pastoral needs are met, embodying Christian values and ethos central to the Langley Trust\’s work. Identify challenges and performance gaps, proposing and implementing action plans to address service needs. Manage budgets and uphold quality standards as outlined in the Business Plan, Quality Assurance Strategy, KPIs, and CQC guidelines. Support new or struggling services, assisting in staff induction, training, and coaching. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and able to refocus quickly as no two days are the same. They will be a practicing Christian, fostering an environment where individuals feel valued and empowered, and providing strong Christian leadership aligned with the organisation’s ethos.
