We are looking for an Employment Advisor to support people on probation and individuals on our wider contracts to move forward with education, training and employment. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by helping others overcome barriers and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry a varied caseload, complete initial assessments, create personalised action plans and deliver both one-to-one and group-based employability sessions.
  • Work closely with Probation Practitioners and partner agencies, maintain accurate records, monitor progress and help service users secure positive outcomes.
  • Build strong links with local employers and training providers.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience supporting disadvantaged groups.
  • Confidence delivering training.
  • Comfortable using case management and Microsoft systems.
  • Strong communication skills, good attention to detail, ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is required, along with the flexibility to travel when needed.
