Location: Multiple Approved Premises across the South (Surrey, Kent, Essex, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Milton Keynes & Dorset)
Pay: £16.39 p/h PAYE / £21.59 Umbrella (enhanced night & weekend rates)
Hours: part or full time- 37 per week (rolling rota including nights & weekends)

Immediate Opportunities in Probation and Criminal Justice
RSR Justice is urgently recruiting Approved Premises Workers to support several Probation Approved Premises across the South of England. These roles are required to provide essential operational cover and maintain safe, secure, and supportive environments for residents.
We are particularly interested in candidates who already hold Probation Level 1 vetting or have previous experience working in probation, criminal justice, housing support, social care, residential support, or security environments. Locations currently requiring staff include sites across Guildford, Maidstone, Basildon, Bedford, Northampton, Oxford, Reading, Milton Keynes and Weymouth.
These roles are fast-paced, hands-on positions supporting the daily running of Approved Premises and ensuring residents comply with licence conditions while working towards rehabilitation.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and support residents, ensuring safety and compliance with house rules
- Carry out regular building checks and maintain secure curfews
- Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents professionally
- Conduct room searches and assist with resident inductions
- Support medication procedures and maintain accurate records
- Act as a key contact point during night shifts and emergencies
Who we're looking for:

- Existing Probation Level 1 vetting
- Experience in probation, criminal justice, housing support, homelessness services, social care or security roles
