RSMS Interventions work with UK Police Forces, Police and Crime Commissioners, Probation Services, Charities and Criminal Justice Agencies to provide offender interventions, rehabilitation and out of Court Resolution services. RSMS have extensive experience of providing both interventions for behaviour change in addition to assessment, management and triage services aimed at reducing re-offending. RSMS is recruiting Facilitators to deliver high‑quality group work and one‑to‑one interventions across our programmes. You’ll support service users, shape programme development, and help us maintain consistent, professional standards across all contracts. If you’re confident in a room, skilled at managing dynamics, and motivated by meaningful behaviour change, this role fits.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver structured group sessions and one‑to‑one interventions online and in community or custody settings.
- Keep sessions safe, engaging, and aligned with programme standards.
- Record interactions clearly and on time; escalate risks appropriately.
- Support programme development, testing, and evaluation.
- Handle operational queries and keep programmes running smoothly.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development activity.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience delivering group work or one‑to‑one interventions.
- Strong communication and the ability to engage diverse service users.
- Understanding of safeguarding, risk, and boundaries.
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour.
