RSMS Interventions work with UK Police Forces, Police and Crime Commissioners, Probation Services, Charities and Criminal Justice Agencies to provide offender interventions, rehabilitation and out of Court Resolution services. RSMS have extensive experience of providing both interventions for behaviour change in addition to assessment, management and triage services aimed at reducing re-offending. Role Purpose
The National Team Coordinator provides frontline operational support across RSMS services. The role acts as the first point of contact for users, customers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The postholder supports project referrals, service delivery, performance reporting, and the production of high-quality documentation. They contribute to the continuous development of RSMS services and uphold professional standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Operational Support
- Act as the first response for operational queries from users, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide support to staff and service users in all matters relating to the Intervention Hub.
- Maintain a professional, responsive, and solutions‑focused approach to all enquiries.
- Project & Referral Coordination
- Co‑ordinate project referrals across designated projects.
- Ensure accurate, timely movement of referrals and maintain clear communication with relevant teams.
- Support with all co-ordination, triage, and brief assessment of referrals from specified projects nationally, when required.
- Act as first response by email and phone to offenders to undertake this role and respond to any enquiries related to specified projects, when required.
- Reporting & Evidence
- Support the preparation of performance reports.
- Assist with the collection and organisation of evidence across all service lines.
- Ensure data is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timeframes.
- Documentation & Quality
- Work on defined CRM and support collection of data when required from relevant systems.
- Ensure all written work meets RSMS brand style guidance and quality standards.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate, professional minutes.
