RSMS Interventions work with UK Police Forces, Police and Crime Commissioners, Probation Services, Charities and Criminal Justice Agencies to provide offender interventions, rehabilitation and out of Court Resolution services. RSMS have extensive experience of providing both interventions for behaviour change in addition to assessment, management and triage services aimed at reducing re-offending. RSMS are a growing organisation and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team to support and divert individuals from offending behaviour. At RSMS, we believe in providing individuals with the knowledge and skills to make better choices and positive change without judgement.

RSMS is recruiting Facilitators to deliver high‑quality group work and one‑to‑one interventions across our programmes. You’ll support service users, shape programme development, and help us maintain consistent, professional standards across all contracts.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver structured group sessions and one‑to‑one interventions online and in community or custody settings.
  • Keep sessions safe, engaging, and aligned with programme standards.
  • Record interactions clearly and on time; escalate risks appropriately.
  • Support programme development, testing, and evaluation.
  • Handle operational queries and keep programmes running smoothly.
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development activity.
