Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a weekend supported housing worker for a client of ours based in Frome and Shepton Mallet. Our client is a charity which helps individuals faced with homelessness and supports them to get off of the street,
Location: Somerset and Somerset East (Frome and Shepton Mallet)
Salary: £8, 075 per annum (£25,235 full time)
Contract type: Part-time, permanent
Hours: 12 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays
Please note it is essential that the successful candidate has a full driving license and access to own vehicle.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Progress and track referrals into the service and outcomes for clients.
- Gives clients advice and information, providing an enabling service.
- Maintain client records so they are accurate and fully updated.
- Complete holistic assessments for clients, leading to the development of support plans which meet individuals client goals.
Person Specification
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
- A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
