Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Case Work Coordinator for a client based in Bath. As a Casework Coordinator, you will manage referrals, assess clients’ needs, and offer tailored support to help them sustain housing and achieve positive life changes. You will also be responsible for fostering productive partnerships with key agencies such as the National Probation Service, the Police, and other criminal justice and support services to ensure comprehensive support Salary: £24,500 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Location: Bath Additional information: Participation in an on-call out-of-hours rota, £100 per week when on-call Valid driver’s license and access to a car for business purposes Main duties and responsibilities Progress and track referrals made into the service and outcomes for service users moving on from the service.
