Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for an Assistant Housing Officer on behalf of our client based in Birmingham. This is a full-time role on a temporary 3-month contract (Ongoing) at £13.20 / hour. This role supports housing management services, ensuring tenancies are well-maintained and communities thrive. Working closely with Housing Officers, the position involves case management, tenancy enforcement, resident support, and multi-agency collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering high-quality housing management services.
- Conduct tenancy visits, investigate complaints, and enforce tenancy agreements.
- Support residents with housing advice, welfare benefits, and tenancy sustainment.
- Promote clean, safe neighbourhoods through engagement and enforcement.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with agencies to address community and tenancy issues.
