As a Framework Manager, you will take full responsibility for building and strengthening client relationships, leading on engagement, and establishing project work programmes. You will manage resources and foster team growth while ensuring the delivery of successful projects aligned with the company’s vision and strategic objectives. This is a leadership position, providing you with the autonomy to shape and grow the framework, backed by the necessary support to develop your team., * Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are effectively implemented

  • Manage framework performance against ISO HSQE accreditation standards

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Framework Business Plan

  • Lead the design, resource, and risk management process

  • Encourage team involvement in meeting business goals and succession planning

  • Deliver operational and financial targets with a focus on reducing costs and maximising value

  • Proactively engage in business improvement and champion best practices

  • Foster strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Previous experience in a Framework Management role, ideally within the Water Sector

  • Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

  • Proven ability in team leadership, change management, and client relationship building

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • HND or Degree qualification in Civil or Commercial disciplines

  • Experience in managing projects for a contractor in the water industry, with 10-20 years of relevant experience
