Design Manager – Fit-out / Retail

Main Contractor

Location: Oxford Street

Duration: 1 year, potential to stay on

Working hours: 0800-1800, Monday-Friday site based with 1 day working from home

Our client is a leading construction company in the UK looking to recruit an experienced Design Manager to join their Oxford Street site.

Day to day responsibilities include managing the fit-out design, liaising with senior managers and managing sub-contractors on site.

Must be experienced in fit-out (sprinklers, glazing, lifts, dry lining, escalators); some structural knowledge/experience would be desirable.

CSCS card would be advantageous.
