The Role

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to support operations on a live sewage treatment works project in Worcester. You will play a key role in maintaining site safety and ensuring the smooth movement of vehicles and plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing vehicle movements on and around site
  • Ensuring safe entry and exit of all deliveries
  • Coordinating with site teams and plant operators
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety
  • Acting as a banksman where required

Requirements

  • Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket
  • Previous experience on construction or civil engineering sites
  • Strong awareness of site safety protocols
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
