Site Agent – Civil Engineering – Liverpool Location: Liverpool (covering Stanlow to Mancot [Deeside] to Flint) Hours: Full-time, 7am – 7pm Start Date: ASAP Red Sky Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected civil engineering specialist for an experienced Site Agent to oversee works on a major infrastructure project based in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company delivering complex, high-profile civils packages across the UK. The role will cover a variety of civil works including cross passages, micro-tunnelling, shaft sinking, auger boring, streetworks and groundworks, with activity stretching from Stanlow to Mancot to Flint. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations on site as per contract drawings, ensuring all works are carried out to programme and standard Conduct regular inspections and ensure accuracy in plans, drawings, and quantities Record and manage quality control in line with client specifications Provide strong technical leadership and swiftly address challenges on site Coordinate pre-start site surveys Ensure timely and defect-free handover of works in collaboration with the Project Manager and teams Lead on health, safety, and environmental compliance, maintaining the highest standards across site Conduct site calibration checks and support the technical delivery of the works Resolve unexpected technical issues and contribute to project solutions Requirements: Proven experience managing civils projects-experience in micro tunnelling is highly desirable Track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure or utilities schemes Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations, and compliance frameworks Valid CSCS card Willingness to travel as required Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team Problem-solving and decision-making capability under pressure To find out more or apply, please contact Ben Francis at Red Sky Personnel for a confidential discussion – (url removed)
