Senior Engineer Location: Glasgow Salary: Competitive + Benefits Employment Type: Permanent Red Sky Personnel is seeking a Senior Engineer for a well-established construction and engineering company known for delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to work on a prestigious HMP project, applying your skills in civil engineering and tunnelling. Project Scope & Responsibilities: As Senior Engineer, you will oversee key elements of the project, including: Earthworks: Managing large-scale earthmoving operations Perimeter Fence Foundations: Ensuring secure installation Access Roads & Car Park: Leading the construction of critical infrastructure Drainage & Utility Infrastructure: Overseeing drainage systems and utility connections Piling Platforms & Soil Nailing: Managing stability and structural integrity Temporary Infrastructure: Coordinating temporary car parks and haul roads You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver work on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and technical standards. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering projects, with knowledge of earthworks, geotechnical engineering, and RC concrete.
