With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across London, My client focuses on collaborative delivery, craftsmanship, and community value.\\n\\nThe Project:\\n\\n * Type: Residential – 49 Units (Flats & Townhouses)\\n\\n * Status: Scaffolding stage\\n\\n * Location: Enfield\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nWe are seeking a strong Project Manager to take full site responsibility on a live residential scheme. The successful candidate will lead daily site operations, manage subcontractors and assistants, and report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Oversee day-to-day operations on site from start to completion\\n\\n * Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including an assistant site manager and finishing foreman\\n\\n * Liaise confidently and professionally with clients, consultants, and local authorities\\n\\n * Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications\\n\\n * Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently\\n\\n * Monitor health & safety, ensuring full compliance at all times\\n\\n * Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to the Contracts Manager\\n\\n * Maintain quality control throughout all phases of the build\\n\\n * Drive the project to meet programme deadlines and quality expectations\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on residential developments\\n\\n * Ability to read drawings and communicate effectively across teams\\n\\n * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills\\n\\n * Experience working with council / social housing projects desirable\\n\\n * Must be proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of the site\\n\\n * SMSTS and CSCS are essential\\n\\nAdditional Information:\\n\\n * Parking available
