Red Sector Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a rapidly expanding independent veterinary group to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon for an exciting new opportunity in West London.

The Role
As a key member of the clinical team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering first-opinion veterinary care while helping to establish best practices across the surgery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality consultations, diagnosis, and treatment
- Carrying out a range of surgical procedures
- Promoting preventative healthcare and long-term wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Supporting and mentoring nursing colleagues
- Contributing to a positive and progressive team culture
We’re looking for a confident, well-rounded GP vet with at least 3 years’ experience. Any particular clinical interests will be supported and encouraged as part of your ongoing development.
Working Pattern
- 4 days per week (9-hour shifts)
- 1 in 4 weekends
- Average 39 hours per week
- Protected admin time included in every shift
