The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position offering the chance to take full clinical responsibility within a modern, well-equipped practice. As Head Vet, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical standards, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the strategic direction of the surgery. You’ll be leading from the front—combining hands-on veterinary work with team development, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership across the practice

- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

Working Pattern
- 4-day working week
- 1 in 4 weekend rota
- No out-of-hours requirement (on-call support for inpatients only)
