The Opportunity

Red Sector Recruitment is working with a highly regarded, independent, multi-branch veterinary group to recruit an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon for one of their exceptional, state-of-the-art clinics in affluent Central London. Based in prestigious neighbourhoods such as Marylebone, Notting Hill and Chelsea, this role offers an outstanding combination of career progression, clinical variety and lifestyle appeal, with access to a loyal, engaged and discerning client base. Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 5.6 weeks’ annual leave (inclusive of public holidays)

The model is deliberately designed to allow clients to spend less on routine basics and more on preventative care, diagnostics and treatments that genuinely improve longevity and quality of life.

The Team

Each clinic is staffed by multiple experienced vets and a strong nursing team, carefully selected for their clinical competence, professionalism and collaborative approach. Clinical Experience

  • Strong first-opinion consulting skills
  • Confident with dentistry and soft tissue surgery
  • Desire to develop further surgical and clinical skills
  • Interest in pursuing certificates or further qualifications
  • A clear clinical interest to develop over the next 2–3 years (e.g. dentistry, ophthalmology, laparoscopy, neurology, oncology, geriatric care, etc.)
  • Orthopaedics or internal medicine experience beneficial but not essential

Hours & Rota

Clinic hours: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Sunday

5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

1 in 3 weekends
