We are currently seeking a Drug and Alcohol Nurse required for Community Services based in Durham.
Duties will include:
- Alcohol Assessment of patients
- Community alcohol detox preparation
- Providing reduction advice and the effects of alcohol on the body
- Supporting non-qualified staff to meet the needs of alcohol dependent patients
- Liaising with other professionals
- General nursing duties
Would need to be mobile and have access to a car as working across a large geographical area within County Durham. Hours are 8am - 5pm and must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
