Business Change Analyst required to support Workplace & EUC transformation initiatives. The role focuses on change management, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption, ensuring successful delivery of modern workplace programmes.

Key Experience Required

  • Strong background in business change and change management within large or regulated environments
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with business impact assessments, readiness planning, and adoption metrics
  • Working knowledge of Modern Workplace / EUC (M365, Windows 10/11, EUC/VDI - desirable)
  • Experience in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid environments
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
