A client of ours is currently looking for a Workday Recruiting Product Manager for a contractual engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Product Manager experience partnering closely with the business on requirements, prioritisation and roadmap for Workday Recruiting and related talent solutions.
- Experience leading business engagement, requirements definition and change management for the rollout of recruitment technologies, including HiredScore.
- Previous experience of HiredScore (a Workday product) is a major plus.
- Strong track record working with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT and Compliance stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear product and delivery plans.
- Proven project management capability, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking and executive-ready status reporting.
- Demonstrated change and adoption leadership, including communications, training coordination and support for new ways of working in recruitment teams.
