Red Rose Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead our client-facing care delivery and service quality in the community. You will work with our management team to support care teams, develop care plans, and oversee onboarding, risk assessments, and client reviews.
You will be out in the field, setting standards with senior carers, guiding staff, and contributing to safeguarding, staffing, rotas, and our on-call service.
