Red Rose Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead a team of Home Care Assistants in Preston, Chorley and South Ribble. You’ll deliver hands-on care, mentor staff and ensure person-centred plans are followed while maintaining high standards and compliance with CQC requirements.
The role is full-time (minimum 30 hours per week) with a varied week, on-call responsibilities and progression into management.
