As a Senior Care Assistant, you will make a huge difference throughout the company. You will provide the support, training, and mentoring to our fantastic care team members, whilst also providing high quality care to our clients. From writing care plans, completing risk assessments, providing on‑call assistance, you will support the management team to ensure the smooth and safe running of the business.
