As a Night Home Care Assistant, you’ll join a compassionate, professional team dedicated to supporting people in their own homes. Working closely with colleagues and supervisors, you’ll provide practical help and emotional reassurance, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and valued. Shifts:

Our night shifts tend to operate between 9pm-7am, however, these times can vary depending on business needs. As part of your role, we may also require you to work alternative shifts to ensure compliance, this may include evenings.

To be a Night Home Care Assistant for Red Rose Care, you need a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle because you will be driving to clients' houses to deliver care.
